That is the Eat, Pray & LOVE Experience.
I live by the motto Vive Intensamente, living every moment to the fullest, and for three days you live it with me.

Quiet moments, beautiful churches, and honest conversations with God. Practices you can take home and keep.

Learning to put yourself first, in mind, body, and soul, without apologizing for it.

We pray, we cry, and we laugh, often on the same day.
And I guide you myself.

- You want to keep to yourself. This is a group, and the group is part of the healing.

I'm a mindset coach and facilitator, living between the Netherlands and Curaçao, and I once called Madrid home.
I work in Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamentu, so you can speak from the heart in the language that fits you.
I created the Eat, Pray & LOVE Experience and I lead it myself.
I chose every table, every workshop, and every quiet moment in these three days because it did something for me first.
