What’s included in the price?
Your package covers 2 nights/3 days accommodation in Madrid (single room), group dinners, cultural activities, workshops, 1:1 coaching, a guided city experience, your Eat, Pray & LOVE journal, a goodie bag, and local transportation during the retreat.
What’s not included?
Personal expenses (shopping),
Travel insurance, and anything not mentioned in the inclusions list.
Meals and drinks outside of the welcome gathering & farewell celebration
If you are traveling from the Caribbean, your ticket to Holland is omitted.
How do I secure my spot?
You can either pay the full amount (€1,550 / 3,100 XCG) or start with a down payment of 800 XCG (€400).
Flexible installment plans are available (4 or 5 payments).
Is my down payment refundable?
Down payments are non-refundable, as they secure your hotel room and experience materials.
If you're not able to attend, you can transfer your spot to another participant.
How many spots are available?
We keep the group very intimate – max 12 participants.
This ensures personalized attention and a deeper connection.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely!
Many participants join solo.
You’ll meet like-minded people and instantly feel part of the group.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
No worries.
Just let us know after booking, and we’ll make sure meals accommodate your needs.
Where do we stay?
We partner with a quality Madrid hotel where you’ll have your own single room.
The location is perfect for our planned activities.
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, personal essentials, and an open heart! A detailed packing list will be sent to you after booking.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover flights, medical needs, or last-minute cancellations.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Your down payment is non-refundable, since it secures your ticket and retreat materials.
Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your spot to another participant at no extra cost (just let us know at least 30 days before the retreat).
In case of illness or emergency, we’ll do our best to move your booking to a future Eat, Pray & LOVE Experience, depending on availability.
If you cancel within 30 days of the retreat, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or reschedule, as everything will already be booked.
If we ever have to cancel the retreat, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments.
Tip: We recommend travel insurance to cover flights and unexpected situations, so you can book with extra peace of mind.
What if I need to cancel or change my plans?
- Your down payment is non-refundable (this holds your spot & covers initial bookings).
- You may transfer your spot to someone else if notified at least 30 days before the retreat date.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of retreat date are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
- If the retreat is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
